Payment in full is due within 14 days of notification of a successful application or before the festival starts. If payment is not received within this period your position may be offered to a stall holder on the waiting list.

If Council rejects your application or asks you to cease trading, you will not be able to remove yourself from the premises until bump-out, however you must take direction from Noosa Council authorities.
Noosa Come2Gether festival organisers will not be held liable.

Please make sure you are 100% committed to fulfilling your obligations as a stall holder as outlined in this agreement. Cancellations have a significant effect on our entire working process prior to the event, including
administration, logistics, marketing and PR.

Sites for each vendor are allocated based on availability and with council advice, as the festival has increased in size the sites will be allocated between the pirate park and the boathouse. We can-not guarantee you will receive the same site that you have had at previous festivals.

Please include a high quality logo & images of your stall and items if you would like to be included in our social media advertising campaign.

All applicants must have their own Insurance, including public liability Insurance.

Please note that fees are non-refundable.

By completing this form you agree to the terms and conditions and if your public liability insurance lapses or is not in order, you agree The Noosa Come2Gether Festival organisers and representatives will not be held
responsible for any loss or damage to person or property including the alleged negligence of the Noosa Come2Gether Festival Organisers or its representatives or agents and including loss or damage arising out of weather and other conditions or the cancellation of the event due to any circumstance/s outside the control of
the NCTF.

All applications will be assessed on the information provided in this document.

The Committee reserves the right to
accept or decline any application.
